For the rest of year’s planning, reflect on these questions:
What are your focus areas and priorities for the next 6 months?
What is the one goal you most want to achieve?
What one change could you make that would have the greatest impact on your wellbeing?
How do you want to feel on December 31st?
How can you align your time and energy to align with the above?
Are you waiting for something to happen? Are you leaving things until ‘later’? Are you keeping your ‘good things’ for later? Why? Start living well and enjoying life today.
